Join in the fun with brioche and learn to knit a visually dramatic hat. In this class, you will learn how to knit basic two-color brioche rib in the round in addition to brioche with increases and decreases to create the more interesting stunning design within the pattern of this hat.
This is an advanced class. To successfully knit this hat, you must be very comfortable knitting, purling, be able to read your knitting, and be ready for an adventure!
Class will be held in Building 1 (Classroom Building)

Friday May 8 from 2pm-5pm
Please arrive at Class Check-In (at the entrance to the Class Building) at least 10 minutes early to receive your Nametag and find your class area.
Please bring: 150 yards of 2 contrasting color DK-weight wool or wool-blend yarn. It is best to choose colors that are high contrast, neither color being black.
—Size 4 16” Circular Needle with good tips
—Liguria Hat pattern (found on Ravelry.com)
Before class: Cast on 84 sts using the Twisted German Cast On (or Long Tail Cast On) in MC (color that will create the tendriling design in the hat)
There is no Materials Fee for this class.
A minimum of 5 students must register for this class to be held.
