Have you ever looked at those beautiful, loopy, boucle yarns and wondered how to make them? In this class you will learn to spin a boucle yarn using a few different methods.
This is an advanced spinning class. Students need to know how to spin and ply.
Class will be held in Building 1 (Classroom Building)

Friday May 10 from 9am-noon
Please arrive at Class Check-In (at the entrance to the Class Building) at least 10 minutes early to receive your Nametag and find your class area.
a spinning wheel, a smooth, even & thin core spun with a small amount of S-twist, a Z-spun single (long, stiff fiber like mohair is a good choice, but any fiber will give results), A binder such as sewing thread, silk thread or spin a thin S-twist binder.
The Materials Fee for this class is $12.00 and covers the expiremental fibers spun in class.
If you wish to rent a spinning wheel for this class, several are available. Please add the rental to your cart before checking out.
A minimum of 2 students must register for this class to be held.
