Vendors

How do I sign up to be a vendor?


We are always looking for new vendors. Vendor Registration for the 2021 Fair will open later in 2020. The Vendor Registration page will have more information and signup options at that time.




How can I see if my favorite vendor will be at the Fair?


We want to make it easy for you to find your favorite vendors. Check out the Vendors page to see who is coming to the Fair. During the Fair, there will be maps at the welcome desk and vendor layout posters in each building.





Classes

When are classes offered?


Morning Classes are offered from 9:00am to 12:00 noon and Afternoon classes are 2:00pm to 5:00 pm. All day classes start at 9:00am. All classes are held in Building #1, our Classroom Building.




Can I register for a class while at the fair?


Absolutely! Please see the posters in the hallway of Building #1 for classes with openings. Sign up at the entrance to the classroom building. Please note, the cost for classes will be higher at the fair than if you pre-register.





At The Fair

How much does it cost to get in to the Fair? Is there a cost for parking?


Admission and Parking are FREE




What hours is the Marketplace open?


Our Marketplace is open Friday and Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm and covers all of Building #2 and #3




Is there a place where I can sit and doing spinning or projects?


Yes, our spinning circle is located at the front of Building 3. You are welcome to hang out, work on projects and meet fellow crafters. We will also have a Fiber After Party on Friday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm in Building 1 for socializing and crafting.




Do you have demonstrations I can watch at the Fair?


Yes, we will have several. Please see our "At the Fair" page for more information.




Is there food I can purchase at the Fair?


Yes! There will be a food truck available both Friday and Saturday located between Building #2 and #3. There are also many restaurants close by the Legacy Event Center at The Station.




Can I bring my pet to the Fair?


Service animals are always welcome at the Fair. We all love our pets, but because we will have fiber animals at our Fair, PLEASE leave your pets at home.





Competition

Who can enter the competition?


Anyone of any age is welcome to enter something in the competition.
