Have you ever admired intricate colorwork but felt intimidated by stranded knitting or Fair Isle techniques? Mosaic knitting offers a striking alternative that’s surprisingly simple — using just one color per row and basic stitches!

In this hands-on 3-hour workshop, students will learn the fundamentals of mosaic knitting, including reading mosaic charts, slipping stitches, and creating stunning geometric patterns with minimal effort. By the end of the class, each participant will be well into knitting their beanie patterns with confidence to continue at home.

Whether you're a colorwork novice or just looking to expand your knitting toolkit, this class will open up a world of color and pattern through the magic of slipped stitches

To Do BEFORE Class:  https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/arroyo-hat. Students will need to begin the brim ribbing and first few rows of this pattern, knitting to the bottom of page one.
