How much does it cost to get in to the Fair? Is there a cost for parking?
Admission and Parking are FREE
What hours is the Marketplace open?
Our Marketplace is open Friday and Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
Is there a place where I can sit and doing spinning or projects?
Yes, you are welcome to hang out, work on projects and meet fellow crafters in the Petit Fours & Purls Tea Garden. We will also have a Fiber After Party on Friday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm for socializing and crafting.
Do you have demonstrations I can watch at the Fair?
Yes, we will have several. Please see our "At the Fair" page for more information.
Is there food I can purchase at the Fair?
Yes! There will be a food truck available both Friday and Saturday. There are also many restaurants close by the Western Sports Park at Station Park.
Can I bring my pet to the Fair?
We all love our pets and comfort animals, but PLEASE leave them at home!
Service animals only are welcome at the Fair.
How do I sign up to be a vendor?
We are always looking for new vendors.

How can I see if my favorite vendor will be at the Fair?
We want to make it easy for you to find your favorite vendors. Check out the 2026 Vendors page to see who is coming to the Fair.
Can I submit a proposal to teach a class at the Fair?
Class proposals will be accepted from September 1-30, 2025. Go to the Be An Instructor to learn more.
When are classes taught at the Fair?
Morning Classes are offered from 9:00am to 12:00 noon and Afternoon classes are 2:00pm to 5:00 pm. All day classes start at 9:00am.
All classes are held in Arena 2.
When can I sign up for a class?
Classes will be posted on the website by November. You can register for a class up until the fair if there is still room available in the class.
Can I register for a class while at the fair?
Absolutely! Please arrive 30 minutes before class starts to sign up at the classroom building. Please note, the cost for classes will be higher at the fair than if you pre-register.
