OPEN!
Welcome Back Vendors!
We are overjoyed to be offering an in-person Fair in 2022.
We invite you to participate in the 2022 Great Basin Fiber Arts Fair, and we look forward to continuing this tradition which will provide an opportunity for fiber artists to gather and share with each other and the public our talents and products.
To Register as a Vendor, please add the size booth you would like to your cart. Choices are at the bottom of this page.
You may add a table with chairs package as well, if desired.
Then, Check Out. During the check out process you will provide additional information we will need to complete your registration, including details about your business, if you need electricity and if you are requesting a specific booth location.
Time remaining to register for a booth!
Or until they are gone...
Details you should know about vending at Great Basin Fiber Arts Fair
Vendor check-in will begin Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 10am. Sorry, earlier setup will not be permitted.
Please plan your arrival accordingly. The buildings will remain open until 7pm to allow for setup.
Buildings will reopen at 8am on Friday.
All vendors must be setup and ready to vend when the Marketplace opens at 10am on Friday, May 6.
There is a designated loading area between Marketplace building 2 and building 3 for your convenience. It is accessible from the parking lot behind the buildings (see map). All other doors are also available if that works better for you.
The Marketplace buildings have plenty of electrical outlets. Please bring your own extension cords as needed. Electrical cords may NOT be placed across walkways. Please do NOT use tape of any kind on the flooring.
You may setup displays or just use tables in your booth. You will need to provide your own tables and chairs and any display items. If you would like to rent tables and chairs from the Fair, please add those items to your cart and
they will be available to you during setup hours.
ALL vendors are expected to have their booths up and OPEN during ALL Marketplace Hours - which are:
Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-5pm
Take down will begin 5pm on Saturday.
Packing up your booth prior to the Fair ending is considered unprofessional and is highly discouraged.
Please show courtesy to our class attendees, late shoppers and other vendors by keeping your booth open until the marketplace closes.
The Vendor Agreement will be emailed to you when you purchase a booth. Please complete and sign it within a week of receipt and email or mail it back to us at GreatBasinFiberArtsFair@gmail.com.
